Mobile maintenance app for MRI machines — brought in as a Cordova specialist into a larger Siemens/Atos team to unstick technical problems and raise the quality bar.

Achievement

Became the go-to person for both product quality and technical fixes that others couldn't resolve — while navigating a fully remote engagement for the first time.

Outcomes

• ◆ Embedded as a Cordova/mobile specialist into an established team — immediately productive in a codebase I hadn't built
• ◆ Cleared significant legacy code that had accumulated over time, improving stability and making the codebase easier to work in
• ◆ Delivered new features within a structured enterprise team process — larger org, more stakeholders, different pace to agency work
• ◆ Became the reference point for product quality decisions and hard technical problems the team had been unable to resolve
• ◆ First fully remote engagement — proved the working model that would define the freelance years
