Parallax-heavy showcase site for a Berlin residential project — the scroll experience was the centrepiece of the design.

Outcomes

• ◆ Built from a shared component library — contact forms, parallax effects, video wallpapers, floor plan (Grundrisse) exploded views, and slideshows — reused across the N3 Vision portfolio to hit tight budgets and timelines without sacrificing quality
• ◆ Pixel-perfect implementation of designer handoffs across all device classes: large desktop, Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android — thoroughly tested on each
• ◆ Optimised the build process with npm scripts and a clean Webstack workflow — making it fast and repeatable to spin up and deploy new sites as the client portfolio grew
• ◆ Every site shipped under real time and budget pressure with no corners cut on the visual quality the client expected
