Overview
UI platform for cloud streaming, broadcast and infrastructure management, supporting operational workflows and evolving toward partner-facing infrastructure access. I owned the strategic direction for Titan: driving conversations around how it should evolve from internal operational tooling toward partner and GISC-facing infrastructure management capabilities, coordinating with security and platform stakeholders to ensure partner-facing access would sit behind the appropriate governance model, and balancing Titan roadmap needs against provider demands, product-aligned programs, and operational delivery pressure.
Achievement
Grew adoption of Titan from near zero to hundreds of weekly active sessions — making bespoke infrastructure service management genuinely usable and valued across the engineering organisation.
Outcomes
- ◆ Adoption grew from close to zero to hundreds of weekly sessions
- ◆ Bespoke infrastructure service management workflows made accessible to a broad engineering audience
- ◆ Established Titan as the internal reference platform for service management tooling
Key Learning
Titan taught me how to lead a platform through the transition from internal tool to broader product surface. I strengthened my ability to reason about product boundaries, access control, stakeholder trust, and long-term platform positioning — particularly the moment when an internal tool becomes something you have to make promises about to external consumers.
