Key Learning
This initiative is teaching me how to lead API productization when architecture, security, product ownership, and organizational authority are all evolving simultaneously. It has strengthened my ability to create structure and accountability in ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives — and to move requirement changes from informal conversations toward formal, recorded confirmation.
