Overview
Customer portal and API experience for Sony Infrastructure Services — SIE's internal infrastructure platform, the equivalent of AWS inside PlayStation. Enables self-service discovery and consumption of infrastructure services including networking, colocation, Kubernetes, and S3-compatible storage. I drove the product direction for ServiceHub as the customer-facing entry point: shaping the product description, service model, and user experience around self-service consumption, and coordinating across infrastructure providers, product architecture, TPM, UX, and engineering to define how complex services should be exposed through a coherent portal experience — framing ServiceHub not as a UI on top of systems, but as a product layer that makes infrastructure services understandable and consumable for internal customers.

Key Learning
This work strengthened my ability to productize infrastructure capabilities across UX, API architecture, identity, tenancy, and infrastructure delivery simultaneously. It taught me how to communicate technical platform value in customer-facing product terms — and that product experience and technical architecture must reinforce each other rather than evolve independently and be reconciled later.
