Overview

Design system and UX engineering direction for partner-facing and internal web tools, creating consistency across PlayStation platform tooling surfaces.

Achievement

Integrated existing Partner and Web Tools into the SIE-wide design system — including direct contributions to fill gaps in the system, such as a production-ready ag-grid table component.

Outcomes

  • Existing tools brought into full alignment with the SIE design system
  • Contributed missing components to the design system (including ag-grid tables) adopted organisation-wide
  • Improved consistency and maintainability across product surfaces using the shared system

Key Learning

This work sharpened my ability to treat design systems as engineering and product strategy. It also built my capability to connect UX quality with platform scalability and organizational efficiency — and to make that case to stakeholders who would otherwise treat design system investment as optional.
