The API layer of PlayStation's internal infrastructure platform: governed APIs exposing host provisioning, network segmentation, admin setup and tenant consumption.
Achievement
As engineering product owner for the API platform I shaped the API strategy: enablement maturity framework, customer integration roadmap, tenancy analysis and production-readiness criteria.
Outcomes
