Overview
A polished match-three mobile game with unique geometric gameplay — started from a bought codebase, rebuilt from scratch, then migrated to Unity. Shipped to both iOS and Android with a live leaderboard server.
Achievement
Took a bought codebase, rebuilt it into a well-rounded product with original design and unique gameplay, then migrated it to Unity — two platform spikes in one project. Ran the full product: development, product management, marketing, asset production, rebranding, and profitability tracking.
Outcomes
