Overview

Migrated a Lotus Notes e-procurement tool to a modern web application — sold to external clients as a commercial product.

Achievement

Led the full migration from Lotus Notes to Ajax-driven web technology, working feature-by-feature in an agile way while keeping existing customers running. Owned product management, development, customer relationships, and commercial delivery simultaneously.

Outcomes

  • Moved a legacy Lotus Notes e-procurement system to a modern web stack (Ajax, HTML, CSS) using feature-based incremental delivery — no big-bang cutover
  • Managed external customer relationships end-to-end: requirements, roadmap, satisfaction, and commercial conversations
  • Created well-scoped, achievable product roadmaps through continuous improvement cycles — keeping customers engaged and expectations grounded
  • Handled the full business loop: wrote offers and invoices, managed customer representatives, and eventually hired a sales manager to scale the commercial side
