An elegant historical building from the turn of the last century can be found in the Lychener Strasse in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. It will be modernized by summer 2015. Spacious, light-flooded apartments will be developed in the process.

Object

The special feature of the building: its location. Situated on the south-western side of the Helmholtzplatz, even the lower floors feature a wide view of the outside.

The house was built around 1895. It is located on a corner plot that connects the Lychener Strasse and the Raumerstrasse. There are twelve regular apartments, two penthouse apartments and three commercial units for sale. The building – which will, among other things, be equipped with an exterior glass elevator – is being carefully modernized. The goal: to carefully adapt the historical substance to modern requirements.

Peaceful city life with a lot of green: the Helmholtzplatz is the ideal neighborhood for young families.
